Americana Trio Turn Turn Turn Delay Release of Debut Album to June 26

June 4, 2020

MINNEAPOLIS, MN -- Minnesota's all-star Americana trio Turn Turn Turn was getting ready to release its highly anticipated debut album Can't Go Back this Friday, June 5. Due to the protests following the murder of George Floyd, the band has decided to push back the release until June 26. Here is a statement from the band:

Now is the time for reflection, solidarity, and concrete action. We have decided to delay the release of our album, Can’t Go Back, until later this month to hold space for the people who knew and loved George Floyd, as well as those who are working toward a future that is focused on racial equality. We do believe that art and music have the power to heal and unite people but will use this time to listen and learn, and ultimately use our voices to be a part of the solution. #blacklivesmatter #justiceforgeorge
